Skye is our very promising Swedish import. She is a gorgeous girl with a tremendous amount of potential. We have been planning for quite some time the addition of our first girl and we are extremely pleased to be able to import her from Sweden from the very well known Enigma Kennels. Her sire is one of my favorite males, Storm "Bazinga A Storm of Swords", who brings a very interesting pedigree blending American lines with some very old Swedish blood which has produced a very well balanced dog with an exceptional temperament. We are excited about the future with this little girl.
Skye finished her championship at 13 months of age by going BOS over a lovely specials lineup down in CA always owner/handled. At 18 months old she finished her Grand champion title by taking back to back BOB wins in a very competitive specials ring at the prestigious hound show in Auburn, again always owner/handled. With very limited showing (around 8 show weekends/year) she finished her GCh Bronze title at 3 years of age.
Skye finished her AKC Field Champion title in just 4 days of running with 3 5-pt BOB wins and she took back to back BOB wins running at her first ASFA lure coursing trials a week later to pick up 24 points towards her FCh. We are absolutely thrilled with this girl. Beautiful conformation and an amazing temperament, she is truly an amazing girl.
Skye finished her GCh Silver title in July 2021 with fairly limited showing at 5 years of age and mostly owner handled. I am so proud of this girl and all her accomplishments. She is now retired but will come out occasionally for specialty shows.
