November 2017

  • Sat (Nov 18) Skye goes BOB for another point towards her GCh bronze. This was our last show/event for the year. Now to enjoy the holidays and take a much needed break!

October 2017

  • Sat (Oct 28) Skye goes BOB in an entry of 8 (1-2)-(3-2) to pick up 5 more points towards her GCh bronze and Stormy goes SB for 1 more point towards her GCh. Very proud of both girls.
  • Sat (Oct 14) Skye takes 1st Place and BOB running LGRA for 2 more points towards her GRC. Rebel goes BOS and 2nd Place for 1 NRC point and Cairo takes 3rd Place, at 10 years old!, to earn 1 GRC point. Very proud of my pups.

September 2017

  • Sun (Sept 24) Skye wins the open stakes in AKC lure coursing and goes on to win BOB for a 5 pt major in an entry of 10! Emerson again wins the Veteran stakes for another 3 pts towards his LCX!
  • Sat (Sept 23) Stormy earns her QC for AKC lure coursing, wins the open stake and goes on to win BOB for a 5 pt major in an entry of 7. Emerson takes 1st place in the Veteran stakes for 3 more points towards his LCX and Rebel takes 2nd place in the Veteran stakes for 1 point towards his LCX.
  • Sat (Sept 16) Skye takes BOS in Chehalis for another point towards her GCh Bronze. 
  • Sun (Sept 10) Skye takes BOB again at the All Hound Club of Bellingham for a 5 pt major towards her GCh Bronze title! Counts were (1-2)-(1-2). 
  • Sat (Sept 9) Skye takes BOB at the All Hound Club of Bellingham for a point towards her GCh Bronze title. 
  • Sun (Sept 3) Rebel takes 2nd Place and BOS running LGRA to earn 1 point and becomes a brand new Gazehound Racing Champion (GRC)!!! So proud of him. Skye, in her first race meet as an FTE, took 1st Place and BOB to earn her first 2 GRC points! What a great weekend for the pups.
  • Sat (Sept 2) our first race meet in over 2 years running LGRA! Rebel takes 1st place and BOB for 2 more points towards his GRC title (just needs .5 pts to go!) and Sachmo, as an FTE, takes 2nd place to earn 1 GRC point. Cairo at almost 10 years of age came in 3rd place, Emerson was 4th and Anubis took home the turtle! It was a great day. We also did practice runs with both Skye and Stormy and they seem very keen so looking forward to running them soon. 

August 2017

  • Sun (Aug 27) Another great day for Stormy who again goes BOB in a  lovely specials lineup for another GCh major. She now has 7 points (2 GCh majors and 2 comp wins) in her first weekend out as a special. Could not be happier!
  • Sat (Aug 26) Stormy goes BOB in her first weekend as a special and takes a 4-pt GCh major defeating a nice lineup of specials! 
  • Sun (Aug 13) Skye goes BOS for her last point needed to finish her AKC Grand Champion title!!! Very proud of her. She finishes her GCh at 18 months old and owner handled by Todd and myself! Very nice weekend for both girls to finish their respective titles. 
  • Sat (Aug 12) Stormy goes WB and BOS for another point and finishes her AKC championship!! Very proud of her! She finishes at 15 months of age and always owner/handled by Todd and myself!
  • Sun (Aug 6) Skye again goes BOB for another 3 points towards her GCh in a nice specials lineup. Very proud of her. 
  • Sat (Aug 5) Skye takes a big BOB win over some lovely specials for 3 points towards her GCh. 

July 2017

  • Sat/Sun (Jul 28/29) Skye goes BOS for another 2 points towards her GCh.
  • Sat (Jul 15) Stormy goes BOB for another point towards her Ch. 1 more to go!
  • Thurs/Fri (Jul 13/14) Skye goes BOB for another couple of points. She also makes the cut in group on Thursday and takes an OH Group 2 on Friday. 
  • Sun (Jul 9) Skye goes BOB for another point. Stormy goes WB. 
  • ​Sat (Jul 8) Skye goes BOB for another point towards her GCh.

June 2017

  • Sat/Sun (Jun 3/4) Skye goes BOS on Sat for another point towards her GCh and Stormy goes BOS on Sun for another point towards her Ch.

May 2017

  • Sat/Sun (May 27/28) Stormy had a nice weekend in Spokane, WA picking up WB and BOS both days to pick up a couple more points towards her championship. 3 more points to go!
  • Monday (May 22) Skye goes BOB for another GCh point. Nice weekend for both girls.
  • Sunday (May 21) Skye goes BOS for another point towards her GCh title. 
  • Friday (May 19) Stormy goes WB/BOB from the classes to pick up another point towards her AKC championship. 5 singles to go!

April 2017

  • Monday (Apr 24) in Lewiston, ID Stormy again goes WB/BOW for another 3 point major and Skye takes BOS again for her 3rd GCh major! So proud of how these girls did. Stormy just needs 6 singles to finish her championship!
  • Sunday (Apr 23) in Lewiston, ID Stormy goes WB/BOW for a 3 point major and Skye goes BOS for her 2nd GCh major!
  • Saturday (Apr 22) in Lewiston, ID Stormy goes WB for 2 points and Skye goes BOS for her first GCh major! Counts were (4-3)-(2-1)
  • Saturday (Apr 15) at an AKC show in Eastern WA, Stormy goes WB and BOB for her first point! Judge Gary Doerge commented that he thinks she is going to be a fantastic special and has amazing reach and drive. Very proud of her!
  • Friday (Apr 14) at the Hound Specialty in Canada Skye goes BOB from the classes with counts of (0-2)-(0-2) for her "major" and then in the afternoon all-breed show she goes BOB again and is now halfway to her championship!

March 2017

  • Saturday (Mar 11) down in Hanford, CA Stormy again goes RWB in a big bitch entry of 7 and this time, Skye goes WB/BOW and BOS over a couple lovely specials to pick up a 5-pt major and become a brand new AKC Champion!!!! So incredibly proud of both her and Todd. Counts were (3-7)-(2-2). Skye finishes at 13 months of age always owner/handled by Todd and in just 4 weekends of showing. So proud of these two girls. And now the long 15 hour drive home!
  • Friday (Mar 10) down in Hanford, CA Stormy goes RWB to the 4-pt major and Skye goes WB/BOW for a 4-pt major (her 2nd one!!) Just 4 singles needed to finish her Championship! Both girls looked fabulous and the judge had a hard time deciding between the two of them for the points. So proud of how well they did! Counts were (2-5)-(2-1)
  • Thursday (Mar 9) down in Hanford, CA Skye takes RWB to the 3-pt major! Counts were (1-4)-(0-1)

February 2017

  • Saturday (Feb 25) was our first ASFA lure coursing trial. Skye earned her QC! Sachmo took 1st in open stake for 12 pts, Rebel was 2nd. Emerson took 1st place in Veteran stake for 16 points! Cairo was 3rd and Anubis was 4th. Everyone had fun and did very well. 
  • ​Friday (Feb 24) Skye and Stormy went up to Canada for their first show. Skye took WB and BOB for her first point! Stormy was Best Puppy in breed and RWB. Both girls had a good time made me proud.
