September 2016

  • Friday and Saturday (Sept 16/17) Todd and Skye were in St. Louis, MO for our breed national where Skye took BOS in Sweeps on the day of our National and then took WB for a 5-pt major on the supported entry day! Could not be more proud of how they did together especially given that Skye is just 7.5 months old and was the only puppy competing against mature adults! Way to go!! And a huge thanks to judge Bill Shelton for recognizing our girl in a big lineup!

August 2016

  • Skye's first show Saturday (Aug 6) at 6 months and 4 days old she goes WB/BOW for her first two points! Counts were (1-3)-(0-1). She did a fantastic job and the judge, fellow exhibitors and spectators all had wonderful things to say about her!

July 2016

  • Saturday and Sunday (July 30/31) the pups competed in their first ASFA trial of the year. On Saturday (Jul 30) Sachmo took 1st place in open and Rebel was 2nd. In veteran stakes Emerson took 1st place, Anubis 2nd and Cairo 3rd. On Sunday (Jul 31) Sachmo again took 1st place to earn all his required placements for his title and a total of 20 points! Rebel was 3rd in open and just needs 28 points to finish his title! In the veteran stakes Cairo was the big winner and took 1st place, Anubis was 3rd and Emerson was 4th! It was a fun weekend out with the pups with good friends. Skye and Stormy got to watch from the sidelines and Skye thinks this will be her favorite activity when she is old enough!

January 2016

  • Year end stats are out for 2015 and the boys at ACE PHs represented the breed extremely well both in the ring and on the field. We had the #1 and #2 PHs in NOTRA, a top 10 PH for AKC Lure Coursing, the #2 and #4 PHs in LGRA, 4 PHs in the ASFA top 20, 1 PH in the AKC Top 20 (breed points) for conformation and the #1 and #2 PHs in Canada (breed points) and the #3 PH in Canada (all-breed)! What an incredibly year for these boys. In addition we finished 2 AKC GCh, 2 CKC GCh, 1 AKC Ch, 1 AKC FC, 3 ASFA FCh, 1 Gazehound Racing Champion, 3 Master Coursers and 2 Senior Coursers. A great year. Looking forward to what we do in 2016!!
